7 Step Restorative Process
Step 1
Pre-vacuum first to remove the excess soil. Without vacuuming first the dry dust in the carpet will become a slurry making it harder to clean.
Step 2
Carpets are pre-sprayed with a special detergent to help break down the grit and soil attached to the carpet fibres so that the amount of water needed to clean is minimal.
Step 3
The detergent is massaged into the carpet fibres with a special grooming wand.
Step 4
The carpet is then rinsed with fresh hot water removing dirt soil and detergent residue from deep down in the fibres.
Step 5
Any remaining stains are individually treated.
Step 6
Extra drying strokes are used to remove excess moisture to minimise drying time.
Step 7
The carpet is then groomed with a special nylon rake to speed drying and return carpet fibres to there normal position.
