When you mop your tiles dirty water is absorbed by porous surfaces such as grout. Once the water evaporates the remaining dirt is left embedded in the grout. We use specially formulated cleaning solutions which are designed to remove built up dirt and grime as well as any residues left from cleaning chemicals which often contribute to the dull appearance of aged tiles.
